lucky it turned out to be a major boo boo by the school. something about the exams. yes, it is very important, but i was expecting an event a lot worse judging by her reaction. she didn't even answer me when i asked what had happened. it got me really worried until she passed her phone to me to see for myself.

ever since that unbelievable 6am sms i got, i have never switched my phone on that early in the mornings anymore. and i imagine i must have looked like this friend when i read that fateful sms. it was extremely difficult to read it out to my parents. i have no wish to have that type of burden thrust upon me.

Day 5: slow progress. prelim starts next monday for me. i'll just focus on a few topics this time, then hope that those few topics will be tested.
