met up with melv, joseph and kelvin at orchard in the afternoon, visited giam, and walked from there to dhoby ghaut just to play pool. haha. kel went off early(as usual), taking jo's camera with him cos jo left it in his bag. 45min later, jo realised it and went all the way to bishan to get his camera back.

then met up with giam and jess, got ser her prezzie and i finally got my macdonald student meal for dinner! haha. giam and jess went to prata's house after that, melv met up with his friends, and i went off to meet yam at cityhall.

was late, and it was freaking crowded. managed to squeeze our way to esplanade. there were so many banglas over there, and best thing is, they come in packs. so if one squeezes past, the whole group follows. lol.

The countdown at marina bay was weird. there wasnt even a countdown! nobody shouted "10, 9, 8, ...." all i heard was "wahhhhh". 2007 arrived without me realising. (-.-)

the fireworks were beautiful, pity that our view was blocked by trees.

mel, jo, james and i agreed that we would meet up after the countdown, but in the end didnt cos we couldnt find anything to do(no movie tix left+i didnt wanna go pubbing+james went home already).

so yam had his first meal of 2007 at BK and then we wandered around like homeless people. sat at a bus stop outside suntec tower 2 till about 6am, then walked back to the station to take the train. there were quite alot of people who were out the entire night like us, and i call them the 'leftovers'. most of them 'expired' on the train, in other words, totally konked out and fast asleep.

was hungry, so went to amk mac to have breakfast. reached home around 9am but wasnt really tired... lol.

if the hosts at marina bay counted down to the new year, it would have been more exciting la. suddenly got fireworks, like a bit anti-climax leh.
